At the ceremony, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Soc Trang Energy JSC - Mr. To Duy pledged that phase 1 of the project will be completed in the third quarter of 2021, with an estimated power output of about 108 GWh/year and phase 2 at 312 GWh/year.
